This search engine collects and categorizes information on properties listed through both realtors and individuals (for sale by owner) across all of southern Wisconsin. As a result, the search engine makes it possible to use a single interface to do all of their initial searches prior to coming to Madison (this currently includes more than 2500 properties just in the City of Madison).
The Campus Area Housing Office maintains a website of thousands of available apartments, homes, condos, rooms etc. We have 200+ landlords, property owners and management companies who subscribe to the service in addition to individual listers and sublettors.
