Builds homes in all price ranges. All homes are Energy Star and Green Built Home certified. Sells brand new "Model Homes," or you can design your own home. Veridian works with mortgage company Innerlink Funding to provide two special financing programs for buyers: no money down and $1,000 down programs. Both include no PMI and no closing costs. If you chose to use a different lender, Veridian will give you the 1.7% that they have built into the price of your home to pay for the program to use for upgrades or to reduce the price of your home.
Veridian Homes also come with a one-year warranty. The resident who recommended Veridian has been very impressed with the warranty and the company's turn-around time.
