The resident's spouse who recommended him said that she could trust him to, "always fill out the right paperwork and never drop the ball." Besides being trustworthy, she described him as "nice, efficient i.e. very prompt at returning phone calls, and really laid back." She also commented that he will be as involved as you want him to be.
Another resident commented "After a presentation was given to the exiting residents by Frank, my wife and I used his services to sell our house and complete all necessary legal documentation. His services made selling our house a breeze and we could not have done it without him. He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly encourage you to continue to offer his services to other UW residents."
If you decide you need more assistance selling your home, he is also a real estate agent who works for Assist to Sell, a flat-fee real estate brokerage.
